Johnson County, Iowa was officially designated a HeartSafe Community through the Citizen CPR Foundation on January 10, 2023! This was the culmination of a lot of work by many individuals and organizations, including the Rotary-Kerber HeartSafe Community Campaign, the Johnson County Ambulance Service, and the Johnson County Supervisors with assistance from various cities in Johnson County, Iowa including Coralville, Iowa City, North Liberty, Hills, Lone Tree, Oxford, and more.
